I have been to 1st Class Urgent Care 3 times now. Every time I have been treated very well. From the front desk to the doctor and everyone in between, my experiences were top of the line. I have never waited long and I felt cared for and I have never been rushed. I have seen 3 different doctors, but received the same positive care. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and professional. The facility is always neat and clean...even the restrooms. I love that they have positive Bible verses on the walls and calming art work. I went the first time because they accept Medicare. I will continue to use them for Urgent care because of my exceptional experience. I am glad they are close to my home!

Always a trusted resource. MDs have true critical care experience and deliver meticulous assessments. Families are definitely taken care of very well at this facility.

After not being able to get in with my own dr for over a week, my husband took me here. I did not have an emergency, but we were concerned that my cold had gotten into my lungs. The wait was short, office was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The dr listened and got me out the door in less than 30 mins with no unnecessary tests or costs. Highly recommended!!!

On 11/26, I woke up, my head was spinning, my eyes would not stop moving so I wasn't able to focus, I couldn't form a coherent sentence or walk straight, was clammy, vomitting, nauseous and not feeling at all well. I went to 1st Class Urgent Care on Bethany in Allen. Dr. Taiwo was attentive, caring, great bedside manner. He even ironed a sheet for me to keep me warm! He diagnosed BPPV bilateral, very quickly, and gave me the meds I needed to get me back on track, along with getting my BP down from its high state.He was an angel in blue scrubs and I wouldn't hesitate in referring him and his facility to anyone at all.Thanks for taking such good care of me.

Dr. Taiwo is a phenomenal physician! He takes his time with his patients and discusses their conditions and treatment options. We are new residents to Parker and will not go anywhere else! I highly RECOMMEND 1st Class Urgent Care!

I’ve been using 1st Class for years and I’ve been pleased every time! We’ve had sprains, stitches and several illnesses treated. They staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My favorite part is that it’s always fast and no appointment is needed!!

I have only been a few times and without insurance each time. I like the way they consult with you before instead of spending your money and then laying a big bill in your lap. They were nice and the cost really wasn't bad at all.

I had my first experience there last week with a follow-up appointment this week. I can not say enough good things about my experience. The facilities were very nice, the wait time was minimum and most importantly the staff was very helpful and friendly and the medical staff was top-notch. I would highly recommend that anyone with 10 miles of this facility utilize it as your first choice.

I've gone to 1st Class 3 or 4 times over the last year or so, wait time was far less than sitting at the hospital. It depends on time of day in either case. I've found the staff friendly and professional. Dr. Taiwo is very through and recommends the test he needs. In my case it was an X-ray, which I don't like having, but it turns out I have pneumonia! One more thing, most urgent care centers and doctors don't take Medicare, with or without supplement coverage, 1st Class does.
