Paying your bills

  • We will email you a list of accepted insurances.
  • As part of our goal to give you a hassle-free experience, 1st Class Urgent Care will handle the insurance billing and claims process for you. We will verify your coverage with your insurance provider before or during your visit, and bill the insurer. We will send you a billing statement for any charges remaining after your insurance benefit.
  • Online bill payment feature is now available. Login to pay your bills now.
  • Medicare patients: Depending on your plan, Medicare may pay for all or part of your treatment. To allow us to bill Medicare directly, you must complete and sign the applicable forms. If services billed to your HMO plan are not covered, you will be responsible for payment.
  • 1st Class Urgent Care Center gladly accepts Medicaid.
  • Auto accident and workers’ compensation claims may be filed with only one source of reimbursement. We will bill this source, but you will be responsible for any charges not covered.
  • 1st Class Urgent Care Center provides the resources to perform many lab tests on-site, but in some circumstances we must draw blood at our location and send it to an off-site lab for processing. In such an event, you will receive a separate bill from the off-site lab.

Please note that we are closed on Good Friday and Easter Monday!
