- We accept most major types of insurances. Please call us at (972) 288-2300 to confirm that we accept your insurance plan and network status. You will be charged your designated insurance co-pay amount at the time of your visit.
- No insurance? It’s not required. Our rates are competitive with other urgent care clinics and a great ER alternative.
- Medicare patients: Depending on your plan, Medicare may pay for all or part of your treatment. To allow us to bill Medicare directly, you must complete and sign the applicable forms. If services billed to your HMO plan are not covered, you will be responsible for payment.
- 1st Class Urgent Care Center gladly accepts Medicaid.
- Oh no! I forgot to bring my insurance card with me! Not to worry—we are happy to see you at the self-pay rate, after which you will have 48 hours to submit your insurance information, and we will refund you the difference.
- Urgent care and insurance: The S-code, or urgent care charge, is a contracted rate with your insurance company that covers additional costs associated with urgent care facilities. These additional costs arise because of our clinic’s longer hours and comprehensive services (lab work, X-rays, full-time on-site physician, etc.)
